SILICA SAND
Good day. Please find the introduction of our company, our required products and our proposal to establish a long-term business relationship with your esteemed company.
Our company established in the year 1999. We like to introduce our company as one of the leading company in Bangladesh supplying Industrial Projects, Machinery and Equipments and Industrial Raw Materials with good reputation. Last year our annual turnover was around USD 20 million.
We mainly work in the field of Tobacco Industries and Glass Industries beside other industries. From 1999-2005 we have supplied almost 80% of all the Industrial Projects and Machinery to different Bangladesh tobacco companies and infect we are the number one company in this sector. In Glass sector, we have supplied the first Float Glass Project of 250 tpd in Bangladesh in the year 2003 and this year June it is going to commercial production. This is a USD 40 million turnkey project and one of the biggest private sector project in Bangladesh.
Beside Tobacco and Glass we also have supplied one cement plant capacity 750 tpd in the year 2000 and now we are under negotiation of other different industrial projects.
At this moment we are looking for the following items for our Float Glass Project :
Silica Sand to produce float glass
Chemical Properties :
SiO2 : More then 98%
Alumina : Less then 1.0%,
Fe2O3 : Less then 0.05%
TiO2 : Less then 0.05%
Cr2O3 : Less then 0.00003%
Physical Properties :
Grain size : Max 0.6 mm and Min 0.1 mm. Less then 0.1 mm : 5% max.
Water content : Less then 4%
No clay content.
PACKING STYLE : 50 kgs PP/PE bags.
ORDER QUANTITY : 10,000 ton/shipment.
TOTAL REQUIREMENTS IN ONE YEAR : Around 60,000 ton.
SHIPMENT : Within 15 days after receiving LC. Whole ship Bulk shipment. No transshipment or part shipment allowed.
TERMS OF PAYMENTS : 100% LC at sight.
TERMS OF PRICE : Both FOB and CFR Chittagong port by whole ship bulk shipment basis.
INSURANCE : Buyer will bear the costs of sea insurance.
